Tasting notes:
Straw-yellow in colour, with a surprisingly exuberant nose: notes of white-flesh fruits, citrus and flowers. Gourmand on the palate, well supported by pleasing freshness and exotic fruits.
Vinification:
After harvesting and low-temperature maceration, the grapes are pneumatically pressed, and the juice undergoes temperature-controlled vinification (16-18°C).
The wine is bottled at the end of winter.
