Just steps from the chateau, our shop La Jasso de Calissanne, a former 19th-century sheepfold, welcomes you all year round.
Discover the estate’s wines and oils:
Château Calissanne, La Clef de St Thomas in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, numerous Vin de Provence cuvées; and our Aix-en-Provence AOC olive oils, Les Merveilles and L’Olivaie.
Virginie picks terroir and delicatessen items from our home region of Provence:
Split olives, tapenades, confit tomatoes, Camargue salt, Label Rouge lavender honey, regional confectionery (croquants, navettes, berlingots, nougat), jams (fig, apricot, peach...), artisanal terrines (with home-made tapenade, pastis, bull meat, etc.) accompanied by confit onions, fig chutney and other spreadable delights.
There are also tablewares: ceramic art, “Château Calissanne” culinary ceramics, and local craft items (olive wood carvings, soaps, plaster cicadas, and more).
At our shop in Lançon de Provence, just next to Aix-en-Provence and near Marseille, we offer a mouth-watering array of Provencal treasures. We explore Provencal villages to find new producers. Many of the items we sell are made using our own oils and olives.
Also stocked is a deliciously accessible range of fruity, easy-drinking wines under the Jasso de Calissanne brand.

• OLD-FASHIONED GRAPE HARVEST
On the last Saturday in August, an enjoyable day of grape-picking the old-fashioned way, to usher in autumn: harvesting, cellar tours, and an informal outdoor meal.
